Work With Me

I support individual leaders, teams, and organizations navigating complexity, conflict, growth, and change. My work includes executive coaching, leadership development, organizational learning, conflict engagement, and systems-level consulting.

Executive Coaching

One-to-one coaching for leaders navigating complexity, transition, conflict, identity, pressure, and relational responsibility. Coaching provides a reflective and practical space to strengthen clarity, self-awareness, communication, emotional regulation, and confidence in the moments that ask the most of you.

Engagements are tailored to the leader and may include leadership mapping, evidence-informed frameworks, applied practices, reflection between sessions, and support translating insight into sustainable leadership practice.

Leadership and Team Development

I support leaders and teams in developing the capacity to lead under pressure. This includes strengthening decision clarity, navigating high-stakes conversations, integrating trauma and nervous-system awareness into leadership practice, and building cultures of accountability that do not rely on crisis to evolve.

Conflict Engagement and Organizational Learning

I design and facilitate learning experiences that strengthen conflict literacy, dialogue skills, relational accountability, and leadership confidence under pressure. Engagements may include workshops, facilitated conversations, leadership learning series, communities of practice, and customized capacity-building initiatives.

Strategy & Systems Design

Equity becomes operational when it is embedded into governance, planning, decision-making, and organizational design. I work with institutions to align strategy, policy, and structure with their equity commitments, anticipating pressure points rather than only reacting to them.

This may include inclusive hiring frameworks, equitable search processes, evaluation redesign, policy alignment, governance support, and structural review of decision-making systems.

Accessibility and Neuroinclusive Practice

Accessibility is both a leadership competency and a systems issue. I support organizations in moving beyond compliance toward accessibility-informed and neuroinclusive design, strengthening the conditions that allow people to participate, contribute, and lead from their strengths.

My Approach

I work as an executive coach, consultant, strategist, and educator, supporting individual leaders, teams, and organizations navigating complexity, conflict, growth, and change.

Some engagements are individual and reflective, creating space for a leader to strengthen clarity, self-awareness, relational capacity, and confidence under pressure. Others are organizational and strategic, involving leadership development, facilitated learning, conflict engagement, systems review, or multi-phase capacity-building.

Across all of my work, the aim is durable change—where insight is translated into everyday practice and where people have the skills, structures, and support required to navigate difficult work with greater coherence and care.

How Executive Coaching Works

Discovery Conversation

We begin with a conversation about what you are navigating, what you hope to strengthen, and whether the coaching partnership feels like the right fit.

Leadership Mapping

Our initial extended session explores your leadership context, goals, strengths, pressures, patterns, and priorities. Together, we identify the areas that will guide our work.

Ongoing Coaching Partnership

Through reflective conversation, evidence-informed frameworks, applied practices, and between-session reflection, we translate insight into sustainable leadership practice.

How Organizational Engagements Work

Initial Consultation

We begin with a focused conversation to understand your organizational context, leadership dynamics, strategic pressures, and desired outcomes.

Assessment and Design

Together, we identify where alignment is strong, where friction may be structural, and what learning, facilitation, advisory support, or systems work would be most useful.

Implementation and Capacity Building

The work may include leadership sessions, facilitated dialogue, conflict skill development, strategic equity integration, organizational learning, or systems design. The emphasis is on building internal capability that can be sustained beyond the engagement.

Let's Connect

Whether you are a leader seeking a thoughtful coaching partnership or an organization navigating a complex challenge, our first conversation is an opportunity to understand what you are facing, what support would be most useful, and whether working together feels like the right fit.
